Once you have checked in with the ticket office and received your food and drinks for the kids, its onto the train for two laps around the track before you stop back in the station. From there head into the museum to visit Santa's Grotto.

Important to Know:

  • Please be sure to wear weather appropriate clothing and arrive on time for your slot.
  • Please aim to reach the railway at least 15 minutes before your train is due to depart.
  • Upon arrival, please report to the elves in the ticket office who will check you in and show you to your compartment.
  • Ensure you sit in your booked compartment which is identified by the name above the door. All compartments are enclosed.

How to find us

The railway is located at Marine Lake, behind the promenade at the west end of Rhyl, close to the river crossing (the blue bridge).

Parking is available at Marine Lake; look for the white on brown signs south from Wellington Road (A548) to find the Marine Lake car park. The car park at Marine Lake is now pay and display.
