How to find us

The Royal Liver Building is based on the Pier Head, Liverpool Waterfront L3 1HU. There is limited on-street parking around the attraction, however they are serviced by a range of public and private car parks across the waterfront and city centre.

If you’re travelling by train, Liverpool Lime Street station is approximately a 20-minute walk away from us with local Merseyrail services also running to James Street station (a 5-minute walk away).

The main entrance to the attraction is located in the courtyard of the building, just off Canada Boulevard, L3 1HU

  • There is limited on-street parking around the attraction, however they are serviced by a range of public and private car parks across the waterfront and city centre
  • Children under the age of 7 are not allowed on this tour due to health and safety policies

  • The full tour involves climbing 124 stairs above the 10th floor. Please note that where assistance is required visitors are asked to ensure they are accompanied on their visit 

  • Wheelchair and users of small compact mobile scooters can access the building from the front using the ramp at the main entrance and entering via the ground floor reception and using the lift to the interactive exhibition gallery in the lower ground floor. This area is free of charge
