By Car:

There is a small car park opposite the prison which accepts card payments.

Additional parking can be found at the train station located 50 metres away, charging £4.50 per day.

By Train:

Shrewsbury Train Station (SHR) is located directly opposite the prison. 

If travelling by train, exit the station and head up the steps on the path to the left, then cross over the tracks using the Dana bridge.

Shrewsbury Prison welcomes all visitors - however, due to the nature of the historic site, wheelchair users do not have access to the entire building.
