Important Tour Information:
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your tour
- Wear warm clothes and sensible shoes
- Please bring a low-level torch with you
- Due to the nature of these tours minimum age is 12+ years
- Under 18's must be accompanied by a full paying responsible adult
- Tours last one hour and 30 minutes
- Unfortunately, the tour is not wheelchair-accessible

By Car:
There is a small car park opposite the prison which accepts card payments.
Additional parking can be found at the train station located 50 metres away, charging £4.50 per day.
By Train:
Shrewsbury Train Station (SHR) is located directly opposite the prison.
If travelling by train, exit the station and head up the steps on the path to the left, then cross over the tracks using the Dana bridge.
