How to find us

There are loads of great ways to get to The O2 – take the tube, get a taxi, ride the bus, or even hop on the Uber Boat by Thames Clipper service.

But, if you need to drive here, you’ll need somewhere to park:

There are FOUR car parks (cars, mini-buses, and coaches are welcome):
• Car Park ONE: Event parking & drop-off/pick-up only
• Car Park TWO – FOUR: Non-event parking (cinema, shops, restaurants, Up at The O2 etc.)

All car parks have accessible parking bays for Blue Badge holders.

What age is the Snow Globe Climb in London suitable for?

The Snow Globe Climb is suitable for ages 8+

  • U18's: Please ensure your booking includes the correct number of adults for every climber aged 8 to 17.
What are the height and weight restrictions for the Snow Globe Climb at The O2?
  • Minimum height: 1.2m
  • Maximum weight: not weigh more than 21 stone/130kg/286lbs
  • Maximum waist measurement: 125cm
  • Maximum upper thigh measurement: 75cm
  • Please note: Up at the O2 is not suitable for pregnant customers.
What should you bring to climb The O2 Arena?
  • Phones: Phones need to be in a zipped up pocket, and they can never be used on the viewing platform.
  • Phones can only be used on the roof.
  • Medication: Essential items like inhalers, insulin and nourishment can be carried by your guide.
  • Food & Drinks: These aren’t allowed during the climb, but upgrade options are available for rooftop drinks.
  • Go Pro’s & Cameras: these aren’t allowed on the climb.  
When should you arrive for your Snow Globe Climb in London?
  • Check-in is 15 minutes before your climb time. Late arrivals can’t be admitted or refunded.
  • Find the team just outside The O2’s front entrance on the left.
What should you wear for the Snow Globe Climb?
  • Clothing: Comfortable, flexible attire. Climb jackets and gilets are available if needed as an extra layer. Gloves and hats are recommended in winter.  
  • Shoes: We provide climb shoes: please wear socks.
  • Hair: Long hair must be tied back

Harnesses and climbing equipment are provided.
