Set against the breath-taking backdrop of the historic Stansted Park mansion, this much loved festival has rapidly earned its place as a standout event on the UK’s culinary calendar, and 2026 is shaping up to be bigger and better than ever.
Wander through a vibrant, welcoming marketplace where farmers, foragers, fermenters and artisan makers showcase the very best of the season. From fresh fruits and vegetables to handcrafted treats, this is a celebration of local ingredients and the people behind them.
