• Changing rooms available to use.
• Consult your doctor before using sauna if you are pregnant or taking medication.
• Sessions must be booked at least 2 hours in advance.
• If you are late for any reason, your session cannot be extended.
• Bookings cannot be refunded or rescheduled within 72 hours of your session.
