Are Stewarts Garden Centres wheelchair accessible?

Stewarts Abbey:

  • Due to the limitations of the old building, there is restricted access between two areas of the garden centre for wheelchair users and those with mobility challenges due to a steep ramp.
  • An alternative route is available via the outside of the building into the coffee shop, though the team understand this may not be ideal.
  • The team sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. There is ample designated parking close to the entrances and there are a number of wheelchairs on site for use by visitors.
How do tickets work for Santa's Winter Wonderlands at Stewarts Garden Centres?

Every visitor to Santa's Winter Wonderland requires a valid ticket for entry. 

Babies:

  • Valid for 0 - 6 months
  • Children over 6 months must have a full price child ticket
  • Tickets include a small cuddly toy

Children:

  • Valid for 7 months - 12 years old
  • Includes a toy

Adults:

  • Valid for anyone over the age of 12
  • No present included

Absolutely! Santa's Winter Wonderland has been designed with families and little helpers in mind, creating a truly magical experience for all ages. 

  • Children must be accompanied by an adult during their visit.
  • Adult tickets must be purchased with at least one Baby or Child’s ticket.
  • If adults wish to attend without children this can be done on specific dates. To see availability, select the 'Adult ONLY' ticket option.
