Tank Driving Experience

Get behind the wheel and put the pedal to the metal! Take part in an experience that SWB Motorsport has been organising since 2016.

Come to the site that is home to the Alvis CVR(T) Spartan: A light and nimble beast affectionately referred to as the 'sports tank' and get the chance to drive it yourself.

The Reason behind the name is the impressive engine and performance of the 8-ton beast straight out of the Jaguar E-Type. Giving out 200 horsepower, this insane tank will propel you well over 50mph both forwards and even in reverse.

Designed for speed and agility as opposed to brute force, there is room for only half of the passengers in comparison to the vehicles big brother, the FV432. However this does not mean you should underestimate the phenomenal performance stored inside the Alvis CVR(T)

Participant Guidelines - Minimum age: 18 - Minimum height: 4ft 6in - Maximum height: 6ft 4in - Weight should be in proportion to your height - Fitness/Health: You should be in reasonable health and able to climb in and out of the vehicle. This experience is not suitable for those with epilepsy, heart complaints, or pregnant ladies

Please note: anyone deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate - The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary.
