It is asked that you leave plenty of time for your journey and check for any road closures or train delays ahead of time. Missed trips cannot be refunded or rescheduled. 

Pregnant passengers and anyone suffering from any medical heart or back problems unfortunately cannot travel.

Though you may experience a bit of spray from the high speed manouveres, water does not remain on board the RIB. Providing that the weather is good, you are unlikely to get wet at all. 

The Thames RIB Experience will travel in all weather and disposable ponchos are provided to keep you as dry as possible.

All personal belongings must be taken on board with you and nothing can be left at the Pier locations.

All Thames RIB vessels travel at 35 Knots. 

There is a minimum weight restriction of 15kg (Approx. 2st 4lb). There is no maximum age or weight and life vests are designed to fit all sizes.

Health and safety regulations states that disabled passengers are able to travel providing they are travelling with a carer and are able to step into the vessel unaided or with the support of their carer.

Wheelchairs and pushchairs can be left at the owners risk on the pier where boarding takes place.
