Step inside the haunted White Hart Hotel
Dating back centuries, the White Hart Hotel is a historic Georgian coaching inn with roots stretching back to medieval times. Over the years, countless guests have passed through its doors, but according to local legend, some never truly left.
The hotel is said to be home to numerous spirits, including Florence, a WW2 barmaid and lady of the night, John Hardy who reportedly died in Room 7 in 1849, and even ghostly children who are said to play in the haunted ballroom after dark.
With access to the ballroom, restaurant, cosy lounge and haunted bedrooms, you'll have the chance to explore areas where unexplained activity has frequently been reported.
Dinner and paranormal investigations
Your evening begins with a two-course meal and drink. Choose between a traditional carvery or a home-cooked curry before heading off on your ghost-hunting adventure.
Guided by Shadow Tor Paranormal, you'll take part in a series of paranormal investigations throughout the hotel. While ghostly encounters can never be guaranteed, previous investigations have produced fascinating and unexplained results.
