More Info
Is the Milky Way an all-weather attraction?

Yes, only the very heaviest of downpours and strong winds can affect the coasters, and there's also plenty of indoor fun to be had.

What's included in my Milky Way tickets?

All rides and shows are included in the ticket price. A few activities (Penalty Points Pro, Ninja Stars Arena & Pottery Painting) do require a small extra charge.

Is the Milky Way a full day out?

Yes, most families visiting the Milky Way tend to spend the full day there. Advising early is recommended, so that you can maximise your enjoyment and your value for money.

Are dogs allowed at the Milky Way?

Whilst dogs aren't actively encouraged to come to the park, calmer, friendlier and older dogs with responsible owners are welcome, but the nature of the park makes it unsuitable for excitable puppies, or dogs that may find busy, noisy environments stressful.

You must book a ticket for your dog and must be kept on a short lead by an adult aged 18+, and must never be left alone in vehicles.

All dog owners will be required to sign a form on entry agreeing to the following:

  • I am responsible for my dog at all times while on the premises, and I have public liability insurance.
  • I'm confident my dog will remain calm in indoor areas with noise, children, and other dogs.
  • My dog will be held on a short lead by an adult (18 years+) at all times. Retractable leads must be locked short.
  • I won't take my dog to the bird of prey shows, bird centre, carpeted play areas, or Little Stars.
  • I will clean up after my dog, asking staff for help if disinfection is needed.
Is the Milky Way wheelchair-accessible?

The park is all on one level so most areas are accessible to buggies and wheelchairs. There are accessible toilets and baby-changing facilities too.

What should I wear to the Milky Way?

Bare skin, nylon and polyester WILL burn on the slides - to avoid friction burns and damage to clothing please wear appropriate trousers/leggings, long-sleeved tops and socks.

For hygiene purposes, socks are mandatory throughout all play areas - spares can be purchased on-site if needed.

The Milky Way is an all-weather attraction, but make sure to bring warm and waterproof layers according to the forecast.

Sensible shoes are a must if you want to enjoy all of the fun on offer!

Can I bring my own food and drink to the Milky Way?

Yes! You're more than welcome to bring a picnic, there are plenty of indoor and outdoor seating where you can enjoy your food. However, please do not bring food into the cafés or food outlets on-site.

Can children visit the Milky Way on their own?

No, all under 18s must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
