Yes, The Paddington Bear™ Experience is wheelchair accessible. 

There are some moments within the experience that are not possible for wheelchair user participation, however modifications and provisions have been made where possible. 

How long is The Paddington Bear™ Experience?

From your start ticket time, the experience will last approximately 70 minutes. 

For the party celebrations, games and treats in Windsor Gardens, the experience recommends up to an hour to enjoy your time.

What should I wear for The Paddington Bear™ Experience?

The Paddington Bear™ Experience invites you to party at Windsor Gardens wearing proper attire, including shoes and shirts. There is no specific dress code, but comfortable shoes are recommended as the majority of the experience is spent on your feet. 

Any guests wearing clothing which can be interpreted as crude or offensive, will not be permitted. 

Can I take photos and videos during The Paddington Bear™ Experience?

Photography and filming is not permitted throughout the entirety of the experience - but once you reach the Windsor Gardens area, guests are welcome to take their own photos and videos. There are also photo opportunities provided by the experience - even one with Paddington himself!

When is The Paddington Bear™ Experience open?

The Paddington Bear™ Experience opens on 31st May 2024, in London County Hall.
