About The Rat Trap

Set in the stylish heart of 1920s Belgravia, The Rat Trap follows Sheila, a gifted novelist, and Keld, a budding playwright, as they begin their married life.

Both driven by ambition, their relationship is tested when Keld’s star rises while Sheila’s career falters—leading to jealousy, betrayal, and emotional fallout.

Marking its 100th anniversary, Noël Coward’s debut play returns in a sleek period revival that blends poignant drama with his signature wit and biting humour. This updated version, adapted with care by Bill Rosenfield, is brought to life by Troupe—returning to Park Theatre after their acclaimed staging of The Forsyte Saga Parts 1 and 2.
