  • Downhill Donuts - Ages 4+: Downhill Donuts is a thrilling experience for kids of all ages. Fly down the slope on a single or double inflatable rubber ring. Race down the park planes and race for first place. Whether you’re a little or big kid, Downhill Donuts promises a thrilling ride. Maximum height restriction of 2 meters & maximum weight restriction of 100kg.
  • Ice Slide - Ages 6+: The Ice Slide offers endless fun - a twisting slope of ice that shoots you down at thrilling speeds. Release your inner ‘big kid’ by grabbing a mat and feeling the joy of gliding down the ice slide.

  • The iconic indoor ski centre building is easy to spot whether travelling into or out of the city.
  • Rebranded in September 2025 as The Snow Centre Manchester (formerly Chill Factore).

By Car:

  • Conveniently accessed just off the M60 motorway at Junction 10.
  • Clearly signposted from the motorway exit.
  • Free on‑site parking available.

By Tram, Train & Taxi:

  • Regular mainline train services run into Manchester Piccadilly Station.
  • Taxi journeys from Manchester Piccadilly take approximately 15–20 minutes and cost around £15.
  • Additional train services operate to Urmston, Eccles and Salford Crescent.
  • These local stations offer frequent bus and tram connections to the Trafford Centre, located just a short walk from the venue.

  • Supervised activities: All Snow Park activities are fully supervised by trained staff who remain vigilant at all times and ensure rules are followed so everyone can enjoy the experience safely.
  • Minimum age requirement: The Snow Park is suitable for children aged 4 years and over. Juniors aged 4-12 must be accompanied by a paying, participating adult, with a ratio of 1 adult to 5 children.
  • Protective equipment:
  • Helmets are mandatory for all Snow Park activities. Guests may bring their own or rent one on site at no extra charge, with the option to purchase a helmet if preferred.
  • Gloves are compulsory and must be worn at all times. Guests can bring their own or purchase gloves on site.
  • Clothing requirements: Jackets, trousers and snow boots are not included in the Snow Park pass. Guests should arrive prepared for cold, snowy conditions or hire/purchase suitable items on site.
  • Restrictions apply: Age, height and weight restrictions apply to certain Snow Park activities, including Downhill Donuts and the Ice Slide. These are enforced to ensure a safe experience for all participants.
  • Changing & storage facilities: Changing cubicles are available, and lockers can be used to store belongings. Lockers require a £1 coin or returnable locker token.
