By car:
- From the North (Bristol): At the first main traffic lights when you get to Wells, take the left-hand lane down New St. At the mini-roundabout, bear right (second exit) and then at the next traffic lights turn left, into Sadler St which leads onto the High St. Come down the High Street and then at the bottom, after the road bends to the left, stay in the left hand lane and carry straight on. At the T-junction on the corner opposite Kudos nightclub, go straight over and The Square is approximately 150m on the right, just after The Quarterjack pub (Wetherspoons).
- From the South (Glastonbury): When you get to Wells, at the main Tincknells roundabout, stay in the right-hand lane and go straight over the roundabout. The Square is approximately 150m on the left, just after Homechime retirement flats.
- From the East (Shepton Mallet): When you get to Wells, at the main Tincknells roundabout go right (3rd exit). The Square is approximately 150m on the left, just after Homechime retirement flats.
- From the West (Cheddar/M5): At the first main set of traffic lights after reaching Wells, turn right onto Strawberry Way. At the next traffic lights go straight on and then when you get to the roundabout, turn left. The Square is approximately 150m on the left, just after Homechime retirement flats.

- Any loose items, such as badges, jewellery, etc. should be removed before play and clothes should not have any loose items, such as cords or tassels. Any necessary items, such as spectacles, must be of a design that is suitable for boisterous play (e.g. shatterproof).

- Age restrictions vary dependent on the play zone that visitors are using. Adults must ensure their children are aware of where they can and cannot play whilst in The Square.
- Children can wear whatever is most comfortable for them. However, it is recommended that they wear long sleeves and trousers (to prevent chaffing), tucked-in clothes (to prevent snagging/damage) and the avoidance of man-made fibres (to prevent static).
- Children should use the toilet and wash their hands before entering the play area.
- Children who are unwell should not enter the play areas.
- Strictly no food or drink of any kind to be taken into any play space.
- Shoes must ALWAYS be removed before entering the play area and socks must be worn at all times. There are socks available for purchase at reception.
- Fighting or bullying will not be tolerated.
- Adults should only enter the play spaces where a child requires constant, close supervision or where a situation may require it (such as a distressed child or an accident).
