Is the York Dungeon wheelchair-accessible?

Yes - York Dungeon is wheelchair-accessible, but the attraction does require wheelchair reservations due to health and safety restrictions.

Is the York Dungeon dog-friendly?

Assistance dogs are permitted in the York Dungeon, but a member of your party must remain with the pooch at all times.

There are loud noises, mist effects and smells that may be confusing to assistance animals.

Children under 5 are not permitted within the premises.
