What is the Phantom Peak immersive experience?
Phantom Peak is an immersive open-world adventure located in Canada Street, London. A fully realised town filled with quirky characters, in-depth stories and mysteries to be discovered.
You can spend over four hours discovering everything that the town has to offer, as you immerse yourself in this exciting new world, interacting with the sets, technology and actors before enjoying some food and drink in themed areas.
You'll feel like you've just walked into a real life video game as you use your phone to guide you through the many unique storylines and quests that the site has to offer. Storylines change throughout the year, meaning that no two visits to Phantom Peak will ever feel the same!

Phantom Peak is a seven-minute walk away from Canada Water tube station (Jubilee and Overground). Surrey Quays, Rotherhithe and Bermondsey stations are also nearby.
By bus:
If you’re arriving by bus, there is a bus stop right outside Phantom Peak for buses 47, 188, 381, C10, N381, and P12.
By train:
The closest station is Canada Water overground station (seven-minute walk). Surrey Quays and Rotherhithe are less than 15 minutes walk.

Phantom Peak is an open-world adventure, meaning you can freely explore a fully realised town. You may need to queue when you arrive, and listen to a quick Health & Safety briefing conducted by a resident of the town. After that, you will enter the old town and be free to explore. The whole experience 'begins' after the opening ceremony, which takes place 20 minutes after first entry.
For four hours, you will be free to explore inside and outside, completing trails on your mobile phone to uncover more about the world. You will interact with Live Actors, having to ask them questions and convince them of certain things. You'll also need to interact with the world, contacting people with the Jonagraph or watching the latest instalment of your favourite show on Jonavision.
There's plenty of food & drink available at Robochef or in the Thirsty Frontier Saloon.
There will be announcements throughout your time to keep you updated with what's going on, or you can always visit the Tourist Information Centre for any questions.

It is easily accessible by public transportation and there are several parking options nearby.
Phantom Peak is both an indoor and outdoor experience. The open-world adventure takes place within a specially designed, multi-room environment that transports you to a mysterious and otherworldly world. The experience is designed to fully immerse you in the story, and the setting allows for complete control of the environment to enhance the overall experience.
When you arrive, you may need to queue for a little while as we conduct a Health & Safety briefing and check your tickets. Once in town, you will be able to explore inside until our Opening Ceremony begins. This usually happens around 20 minutes after first entry. Some areas of town will be closed until after the Opening Ceremony. At this point, you can grab a drink or order food.
The opening ceremony will introduce you to the world of Phantom Peak, and explain how to get the most out of your experience through our Jonassist web app and trails. Make sure you can see the screens in the Old Town Square. If you miss anything, head to the Tourist Information Centre.
After the opening ceremony, you will be free to explore the entire town, inside and out, for up to four hours.
Throughout these four hours, there may be special events happening such as Platyhooks or Jonacise. Find out the schedule for the day at the Tourist Information Centre.
Announcements around town will keep you updated with events, and unless specified, are free to take part in.
About 30 minutes before the end of your timeslot, you will be called back to the Old Town Square for the closing ceremony. This is a staged finale for your time in town, wrapping up the stories you will have discovered throughout your visit and giving a proper ending to the timeslot.
Yes - Phantom Peak uses lighting effects throughout, from point of entry, which is an integral part of the experience. These lighting effects include flashing lights, haze and loud noises.
Phantom Peak does not use strobe lighting, however there are recurring flashing lights, especially during the Opening and Closing ceremony. Please contact us for more information
There is no official dress code for Phantom Peak, although some tourists come dressed in western-themed outfits. We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely and easily. We also recommend wearing comfortable flat shoes as there are some uneven surfaces.
It is not necessary to dress in fancy dress or costumes but feel free to express yourself and your style.
If you do dress up, we ask that your costumes are family friendly. Please note that no weapons (real or fake) are allowed on site. If weapons are brought to the venue they will be confiscated on entry and returned at the end of the show or dealt with appropriately.
