Is Together Again Festival wheelchair accessible?

Together Again Festival is an open green-field site with luscious green grass and a series of alternating inclines scattered throughout. While there will be occasional sheltered areas (some stalls and marquees), it is an open-air event. Ground conditions are therefore weather dependent; if there is extreme weather the ground may become muddy and the grass may well get churned up. Whilst the festival team will do what they can to prevent this, it does mean that mobility across the site may become compromised. The team ask you to consider this and are aware when purchasing a ticket.

  • Personal Assistant Tickets: There is a complimentary personal assistant ticketing scheme for customers who wouldn’t be able to attend the festival without the aid of another person. (You need to be in receipt of PIP/DLA or equivalent to qualify.) These tickets will mirror camping, non camping or day ticket. They do not include addons.
  • Accessible Parking: There is Blue Badge Accessible Parking situated near the access campsite car park and there is a small amount of space reserved for day customers.
  • One Viewing Platform: Viewing Platform available by the Main Stage for those who, due to their disability, need to be in a raised space or out of a crowd to watch the main music acts. (Please be aware this does work on a first come first served basis).
  • Accessible Toilets: All accessible toilets are situated either in the accessible campsite or scattered around the site at the other toilet blocks. There is also a sterile High Dependency Changing unit in the Accessible Campsite.
  • Assistance Dogs: Assistance dogs are welcomed on the site. There will be an area provided for toileting and drinking. Please let the team know on your form if you are bringing one in advance of the event. (Please note you will be required to send in some evidence of assistance dog training).
  • Visual Information: For our guests who find accessing visual information a barrier, please get in contact to let the team know if you need alternative formats/guidance. If you need help to do this, or it in an alternative format please contact Cheryl on 07893948972 who will pass on your details to the Access Team for a call back. When at the festival, there will be large print programmes if requested in advance.
  • Strobes: Please note that strobe effects may be used at this event. However, there will not be any specific announcements prior to their use.
  • Medical Services and Welfare Area: Onsite Medical Tent with trained First Aiders should customers need this service.
