• Suitable clothing and sturdy, closed-toe footwear should be worn during all visits.
• Weather-appropriate clothing is recommended, as many activities take place outdoors.
• Visitors should wash their hands after touching animals and before eating or drinking.
• Running, climbing fences or entering animal enclosures without permission is not permitted.
• Visitors displaying unsafe, disruptive or abusive behaviour may be asked to leave without a refund.
• Animals can be unpredictable, so all guests should follow farm rules, signage and staff instructions at all times.
• Animals must not be fed unless directed by a member of the Upper Dysart Larder team.
• Visitors with allergies should take appropriate precautions when visiting the farm.
• Play equipment should be used as intended and only by children of appropriate ages.
• Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising children in all play areas.
• Play equipment may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or adverse weather conditions.
• Please wash hands before entering play areas if you have had contact with animals.
• As a working farm, some paths may be uneven, muddy or sloping and may not be suitable for all mobility aids.
• Visitors with accessibility requirements are encouraged to contact Upper Dysart Larder before visiting so the team can provide assistance where possible.
• Please advise a member of staff of any medical conditions that may affect participation.
• First aid assistance is available onsite if required.
• Photography for personal use is welcome around the farm.
• Please ask permission before taking photographs of other visitors.
• In the event of an emergency, all visitors must follow instructions from the Upper Dysart Larder team immediately.
• Any accidents, hazards or safety concerns should be reported to a member of staff as soon as possible.

Due to the nature and location of the attraction, Upper Dysart Larder is not recommended for wheelchair users. This is due to uneven ground & potentially muddy pathways.
