Safari Zoo & Dinosaur Park all wrapped into one!

Looks like you’ve just stumbled upon one of the best places to visit in Yorkshire with your family - this Yorkshire attraction has it all…

It's an animal park, safari park, dinosaur park and a pretty awesome kids’ playground all wrapped into one glorious day out for the whole family.

We really don’t think you’ll ever run out of things to do at Yorkshire Wildlife Park.

Yorkshire Wildlife Park know how to please the whole family. Who doesn’t love zoo animals? And what family doesn’t have at least one person who is absolutely crazy about dinosaurs?

At this attraction everyone is satisfied, and you can experience both worlds on one fantastic day out in Yorkshire.

An exciting walk-through wildlife park adventure

We love that this is a walk-through experience. You can stroll at your own pace, spend as much time as you want meeting your favourite animals, and you can even pretend that you’re on your very own family safari out on the wild plains of Africa.

Here’s a little sneak sample of some animals you’ll come across on your wildlife and safari park adventure:

Lions, tigers, rhinos, giraffes, leopards, zebras, camels, polar bears, baboons, meerkats and so many more.

A shiny new dinosaur world

For the little ones (or grownups!) who are crazy about dinosaurs, you’re really going to love the attractions’ newest addition.

A shiny new dinosaur world called Pangea – Discovery of Dinosaurs.

Pangea was the name of the super continent that existent hundreds of millions of years ago. Around 175 million years ago, Pangea began to break apart and these pieces drifted away to form the continents we know today.

Take a step back in time and explore the five unique lands of Pangea and spot some of the biggest and most frightening species to ever roam the Earth from Velociraptors, Brachiosaurus, Stegosaurus, and the infamous T-Rex and loads more.

You’ll even meet the life-size moving creatures as you make your way through the park – it’ll be like the dinosaur museum has come to life!

One of the very best family days out in Yorkshire!

Reflect on your incredible visit to one of Yorkshire’s best attractions when you stop for a bite to eat at one of many food & drink spots. There’s lots of choice so no need to worry, there’ll be something to gobble down for even the fussiest of eaters.

Or maybe you’ve spent all your hours exploring and now it’s time to jump in the car and make your way home. We bet the little ones will be sleeping in no time, so soak up the last of the excitement and start dreaming about your next incredible family day out at Yorkshire Wildlife Park.
