- Weight: Maximum participant weight 120kg
- Combined Sledge Weight: Maximum 150kg when sharing a sledge
- Children aged 3-8: Must be accompanied on the same sledge by a participating adult or eligible rider aged 9+
- Under 18s: Must be supervised in accordance with Zip World's supervision policy
