  • Journey beneath the surface aboard our unique cable railway and discover three magical chambers waiting to be explored
  • Begin with the light maze, a glowing labyrinth that leads you to the second chamber, Santa’s Workshop. Here you’ll witness the festive magic behind the creation of your Zipmas gift
  • Continue through beautifully illuminated tunnels and arches to reach the third chamber, where Santa welcomes you into his cosy Grotto
  • After receiving your Welsh Slate bauble, return to the surface where the celebration continues at the Bauble Decorating station
  • Craft a beautiful ornament for your tree in the warmth of Llechwedd Caffi, and take a moment to write your letter to Santa while enjoying a complimentary hot chocolate and mince pie. Adults can also treat themselves to a glass of mulled wine

No, any photographs or photography involved in your adventure is booked and paid for separately when on site at Zip World

Is Zip World Llechwedd dog-friendly?

Yes, all Zip World sites are dog-friendly. 

Doggy Day Care is also available at the Llechwedd site. You can book a spot by emailing [email protected]

Please note:

  • 48 hours notice is required
  • On the day, bookings are not accepted
  • Minimum booking is 2 hours
  • £15 per hour per dog/£10 per half hour per dog
  • 50% non-refundable deposit required on arrival
What should I wear to Zip World Llechwedd?

You'll need to wear warm comfortable clothing, suitable to the weather on the day. 

  • Tie long hair back
  • Remove all jewellery and scarves. Head scarves with loose ends are also not permitted.
  • Wear trainers or walking boots - open toe shoes, flip flops, sandals or similar footwear are not permitted
  • Wear sensible trousers - skirts are not recommended.
  • As you will be participating in physical activity, we can not accept liability for any damage to any items of clothing, footwear etc.
  • Please wear walking boots or trainers. 
  • Quarry Karts: Please ensure arms and legs are covered.
  • Bounce Below & Treetop Nets: Trainers only as footwear and ensure arms and legs are covered.
What time I should arrive to my Zip World Llechwedd activity?

Please arrive for your experience 30 minutes early. 

You will need time for check-in's, briefings and other discussions about your day.
