Meet Santa and enjoy festive family fun at Tower Grotto
Your festive adventure begins on the Cegin Glo restaurant mezzanine, where sparkling lights, Christmas decorations and Santa's team of elves create a warm festive welcome.
Start by writing a letter to Santa before making your way to meet the big man himself. Santa will listen to Christmas wishes, read your letter and thank children with a magical gift to take home. Families can also capture special festive photos during their visit.
After meeting Santa, head to the craft station and decorate your very own Welsh slate bauble. It's the perfect keepsake to hang proudly on your Christmas tree year after year.
Meet Sion Corn, The Grump and Santa's elves
The Christmas fun doesn't stop with Santa. Keep an eye out for Sion Corn, who loves spreading festive cheer, and The Grump, whose mischievous antics add plenty of laughs to the experience.
Once you've finished your visit, settle into the Cegin Glo Bar & Bistro for festive favourites, cakes, snacks and warming drinks. It's the perfect way to round off one of the best family Christmas experiences in South Wales.
