At Beyond The Trees, the music isn’t the only thing that’ll have your senses singing. Their handpicked food and drink vendors are here to serve up deliciousness from dawn till dusk – and beyond. Here’s a taste of what’s cooking:

  • The Greedy Pig: Sink your teeth into succulent, grass-fed meats, sizzling on the grill. From handcrafted burgers stacked high with flavour to hearty, soul-warming breakfasts, everything is made with love and locally sourced ingredients
  • Fresh Rootz: Vibrant, colourful, and packed with plant-powered goodness – Fresh Rootz brings creative vegan and vegetarian dishes that are as nourishing as they are delicious. Think bold spices, fresh herbs, and feel-good food that even meat-lovers will crave
  • Isabell’s Cakehouse: From decadent cakes to freshly made crepes, Isabell’s Cakehouse is a sugary wonderland. Perfect with a coffee or as a late-night treat under the stars

How to find us

Address: Candleston Wood Campsite, Merthyr Mawr, Rd, Bridgend, South Wales, CF32 0LS.

Follow the signs to the festival, go through Merthyr Mawr village, keep going until you see signs for General Car Park (Gate A). This is on your right hand side. You will be meet by a steward and directed to a parking place (see car parking later).

Transport to Between The Trees: There are regular buses and trains to Bridgend, from the station take a short taxi ride to the festival site. Please note, due to the lack of mobile phone reception on site, remember to pre-book your return taxi journey to Bridgend.

  • Accessible camping: there are spaces for those who need to be nearer the central area who are less mobile.
  • There are vehicle parking spaces near the rear of the stage for those who need to drive onto the site or park a campervan.
  • The Festival have seating placed around the site, benches or haybales in socks for those who need to rest for a while.
  • The Festival have new plumbed in Accessible Showers and Toilets, also have 2 x Family rooms with a shower toilet and sink in each, and one with a baby changer so that if a parent is in a wheelchair, they can change and shower their children in one easy space.
  • There are x2 family rooms that make changing and showering a child with ALN far easier.

  • In the main central barn structure there are flushing toilets and washrooms. There will also be numerous porta-loos and drinking water standpipes situated throughout the site.  
  • There are free hot showers and some porta-shower units. Please be considerate and spend no longer than 3 mins showering
  • IMPORTANT INFORMATION regarding water supply. You are in a forest and water is stored in refillable water tanks. During high peak usage tanks can run low, so please use the water conservatively and switch taps off after use.
  • There is a dish washing area near the main barn area.
  • Please bring your own toilet paper supply as this runs out very quickly.
