Is there food available at Blackpool Sandcastle Waterpark?

Yes, there are cafés and snack bars offering hot meals, drinks, and treats. You can’t bring your own food into the waterpark.

Can I hire towels or swimwear at Blackpool Sandcastle?

They do not do hire swimwear or towels therefore they advise that you bring your own. Alternatively, the well stocked Swimwear Shop stocks a range of swimwear, towels, floatation devices, goggles, toiletries and accessories to buy.

How deep is the water at Sandcastle Waterpark?

The wave pool is the deepest of our pools at 1.8m (gently sloping from zero entry). The landing pools for the waterslides and the fun pool/action river area is 1m deep and the run outs on the Master Blaster, Montazooma, Aztec Falls and Treetops Water Chute slides are approximately 30cm in depth (1 foot).

Does Blackpool Sandcastle cater for special dietary requirements?

Sandcastle Waterpark has a range of Vegetarian and Gluten free options available from our Food and Beverage outlets.

I don't want to go in the pool or slides - do I need a ticket?

All guests wanting to go into the Waterpark are required to purchase an admission ticket at the advertised price. There is no separate area for spectators, the Waterpark is an open plan facility.

Please ensure that you are purchasing enough tickets to cover each member of your party that is wanting to enter the Waterpark. For those not wanting to purchase an admission ticket they may utilise the Reception area at the front of the building where there is comfortable seating, wi-fi and a Café.
