Carisbrooke Castle is one and a quarter miles south-west of Newport. Follow signs to Carisbrooke village, then castle. 

By bus: 

Southern Vectis buses 6, 7, 12, 38 all pass nearby to within quarter of a mile of the site.

By ferry:
