Get ready for the ultimate family-friendly Halloween event in the Forest of Dean at Dean Heritage Centre! With tickets permitting access to the Museum, Gruffalo Trail (with a Halloween twist!) and a whole host of creepy crafts, you're in for a day filled with fun at the spookiest time of year. 

  • Visit the Craft Hut from 11:00-13:00 & 13:30-15:30 for some seriously creepy crafts!
  • Grab a Ghoulish Ghost Trail Sheet and face your fears in the forest with your family
  • Head over to the Mill Shed and pick your perfect pumpkin
  • Found your pumpkin? Start carving and create a jack-o-lantern to take home!

Is Dean Heritage Centre wheelchair accessible?

A portion of the site is accessible for wheelchair users. Due to the nature of the attractions, Gallery 41 and the Free Mine are not accessible. 

  • There are disabled parking bays onsite
  • The Museum and Coffee Shop have disabled toilets

Please be aware that paths around the main site are stony and the woodland paths may become muddy after rain.
