I booked for the wrong day - can I amend my Disneyland® Paris tickets?

Tickets for Disneyland® Paris can only be amended for up to 72 hours prior to your trip. 

This means that your tickets cannot be amended, edited or cancelled within 3 days of visiting Disneyland®.

  • Tickets cannot be amended within 72 hours of your scheduled date.
  • Please ensure you are booking for the correct day.
  • If you have any issues, please contact Customer Service at the earliest possible notice.
Is Disneyland® Paris wheelchair accessible?

Yes, Disneyland® is a great place to visit for Guests with visual, mobility and hearing disabilities. 

  • Wheelchairs can be rented at the Stroller/Pushchair Rental Shop, located at the Disneyland® Park by the entrance at Town Square Terrace, and at Walt Disney Studios® Park near Studio Services.
  • There are accessible toilets, changing rooms, first aid and medication storage and dedicated parking spaces to make your experience seamless.
  • Guide and assistance dogs are also welcome at the Park. 
What ages is Disneyland® Paris suitable for?

Disneyland® Paris is one of the most popular tourist attractions in the world, offering a wide range of rides, activities, attractions, experiences and more for all ages. Whether you grew up with Disney® or discovered it in your thirties, there's something for every member of the family to enjoy. 

  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Whilst entering the park, children under 12 must remain with a ticket-holder over the age of 15.
Are there any rules and regulations for Disneyland® attractions?

Disney® have implemented some regulations for rides and attractions to ensure that everyone has a magical experience with Disneyland® Paris.

  • Pregnant women and visitors with permanent disabilities must inform the authorities of risks, conditions, restrictions and mode of access to Disneyland® Paris attractions.
  • Visitors with photosensitivity are advised to avoid certain attractions due to lighting effects.
  • Different rides and attractions have different height restrictions to maintain the safety of guests.
Is there a dress code, and can I bring a backpack to Disneyland® Paris?

Yes, you can take backpacks into Disneyland® Paris, but there are a few restrictions.

  • Storage measuring over 55cm x 40cm x 25cm, including wheels, are not allowed inside the Parks.
  • Pushchairs, small trolleys and wagons smaller than 92cm x 132cm are accepted, but must be left outside the attractions and theatres.
  • All bags are checked prior to entering the Park.

There are no dress codes for the Disneyland® Parks, but there are a handful of rules and regulations that Disney® recommend.

  • Ensure your clothes, footwear, makeup and tattoos aren't offensive, scary or capable of disturbing children in a family-orientated audience.
  • Clothes that drag on the floor are strictly prohibited.
  • Capes, sticks and other accessories that may interfere with security are strictly forbidden.
  • Wearing full-face masks is not allowed for visitors over 12, unless it is for medical reasons.
Can I take photographs and videos at Disneyland® Paris?

Yes! Disneyland® Paris is the most magical place on earth for making memories, and Disney® understand that you want to capture all of it on camera!

  • Any audio, video and recordings taken inside Disneyland® Paris are meant for personal use only.
  • Commerical use is only allowed after written authorisation has been received by the team at Disney®.
  • Selfie sticks and other handheld extension poles for cameras and mobile phones are not permitted at Disneyland®.
  • You can also buy a Photo Pass whilst at the Park and grab some professional shots of your day at the most magical place on earth.
How do you access Disneyland® Paris tickets?

You can access your Disneyland® Paris tickets via the Disneyland® Wi-Fi when you arrive, but it is recommended to download your tickets in advance so you can enjoy easy and seamless entry into the park when you arrive.
