Important Information about your Disneyland® Paris adventure

  • Please ensure you bring your Passport or ID to the Park entrance.
  • Your tickets can be used at the parks of your choice on the days you have selected at checkout. 
  • You can hop between the two parks on each day of your ticket validity, with the specific dates you choose when booking the ticket.
  • Essentially, you can access both parks within the chosen timeframe, with the flexibility to move between them as you please throughout the day
  • Only one name will appear on Disneyland® Paris tickets. Names cannot be changed after booking.
  • Children between 0-2 years do not require a ticket. 
  • Walt Disney Studios® Park closes approximately 1-2 hours prior to the Disneyland® Park closing.

  • Pushchairs and small trolleys/wagons smaller than 92cm x 132cm are accepted but must be left outside the attractions and the theatres for safety reasons.

Is there a dress code for Disneyland® Paris?

There is no specific dress code, but there are some things to consider when choosing what to wear at Disneyland® Paris.

  • Please ensure your clothes, footwear, makeup, or tattoos aren't offensive, scary, or capable of disturbing kids and a family-oriented audience.
  • Clothes that drag on the floor are prohibited, while capes, sticks, and other accessories that may interfere with security are also unacceptable.

This means that your tickets cannot be amended, edited or cancelled within 3 days of visiting Disneyland®.
