Parkour and Freerunning are the same sport.

Created in the suburbs of France, it is an excellent form of keeping fit. Focusing on a variety of ways to get from A to B, the concept behind the sport is to be focused, strong and nimble.

Using skills such as climbing, traversing, vaulting, jumping and swinging, the sport has evolved into a practice that develops skills and abilities through an incredibly impressive, expressive and modern activity.
