The music of the night is returning home

Andrew Lloyd Webber’s The Phantom of the Opera has arrived back at Her Majesty’s Theatre London, after its famous debut in the 1980s.

Since that time, the show has gone on to become one of the world’s most captivating and cherished musicals.

In the shadows of the Paris Opera House, the Phantom hides away, rejected by the public because of his appearance. Then, when Christine arrives, an orphaned chorus girl, he teaches her the ways of the music of the night.

Written by Andrew Lloyd Webber in the 1980s and based on Gaston Leroux’s novel of the same name – the tale of the Phantom has been captivating audiences ever since.
