- You can not jump on Highland Fling Bungee if you:
- Are Pregnant
- Have neck, spinal or back injuries
- Have heart conditions
- Are under the influence of alcohol or drugs

- Are asthmatic, have epilepsy or suffer from bouts of dizziness
- Have leg or eye injuries
- Are over the age of 65
Can I jump if I am on medication?
- If you are on any medication, please inform a member of staff on the jump day.
What is the minimum jump age?
- You must be 14 years old or over to participate in Highland Fling Bungee.
Is there a weight limit?
- For the Tandem Bungee Jump, the maximum weight difference between two jumpers is 35kg/3.5st and the maximum individual weight is 100kg/15.7st.
Is there a height limit?
- There are no minimum or maximum height limits at any of the sites at Highland Fling Bungee.
