- It is recommended that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your jump, please be aware that if there are unforeseen circumstances there can be a delay in your jump time.

- You can not jump on Highland Fling Bungee if you:
- Are Pregnant
- Have neck, spinal or back injuries
- Have heart conditions
- Are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- You should consult your doctor about jumping if you:
- Have high blood pressure
- Are asthmatic, have epilepsy or suffer from bouts of dizziness
- Have leg or eye injuries
- Are over the age of 65
Can I jump if I am on medication?
- If you are on any medication, please inform a member of staff on the jump day.
What is the minimum jump age?
- You must be 14 years old or over to participate in Highland Fling Bungee.
Is there a weight limit?
- For Bungee Jump Killiecrankie, the minimum weight limit is 35kg/5.5st and the maximum weight limit is 150kg/23.6st.
Is there a height limit?
- There are no minimum or maximum height limits at any of the sites at Highland Fling Bungee.
