Can I jump at Highland Fling?

You can not jump on Highland Fling Bungee if you:

  • Are Pregnant
  • Have neck, spinal or back injuries
  • Have heart conditions
  • Are under the influence of alcohol or drugs

You should consult your doctor about jumping if you:

  • Are asthmatic, have epilepsy or suffer from bouts of dizziness

Yes. Height and weight restrictions vary by Highland Fling activity.

  • Bungee Jump: Participants must weigh between 35kg and 140kg. 
  • Highland Swing: Participants must weigh between 35kg and 120kg. 
  • Killie Zip: Participants must be at least 140cm tall and must not weigh more than 120kg. Harnesses fit waist sizes from 40cm to 125cm.
  • Tandem Bungee: Each participant must weigh at least 35kg. The maximum individual weight is 100kg, including the 2kg harness. The maximum combined weight is 180kg, and the difference between the two participants' weights must not exceed 30kg. 
  • Blackout Bungee: Participants must weigh between 35kg and 120kg.
  • Night Swing: Participants must weigh between 35kg and 120kg.
