The boat used for this event is not wheelchair accessible. The boarding point and the boat itself both have steps, which makes it difficult for wheelchair users to board and access the upper and lower decks.
The Bridgerton Cruise is held on one of City Cruises largest boats, and in the event of the river flowing above its normal levels, there is a chance the boat will not be able to sail. If this happens, the event will still take place stationary in the City Cruises Boatyard
