Do I need to make a reservation for Immersive Gamebox?

Due to high demand, it is highly recommended that you book in advance to secure your game experience. 

What is the age rating for Immersive Gamebox?

There are games suitable for all ages, but some games are not suitable for children. Please see the age ratings on each game page for more information.  

How many people can play Immersive Gamebox?

Immersive Gamebox holds a maximum of six players so when making your booking, if above this number, the system will automatically reserve multiple Gameboxes to accommodate your group size. You will need to spilt your group into teams and you will all play at the same time.

Will I be put with other people at Immersive Gamebox?

No, you won’t be put in with another group. Bookings are private and you will only be joined in your Gamebox by those you booked to play alongside, even if there’s only 2 of you!

Is Immersive Gamebox accessible?

Immersive Gamebox involves mild physical activity and does not require a specific level of fitness to play. Most disabilities and access requirements, including wheelchair access, can be accommodated for. 

What should I wear to Immersive Gamebox?

Please wear sensible footwear: flat shoes or trainers, no open toes or heels.

We advise wearing just one layer, as you may get warm when being active in the Gamebox!

Can you buy drinks at Immersive Gamebox?

All UK venues offer a drinks service, including soft drinks, beer, wine and pre-mixed spirits. You are able to bring your own water bottle into the Gamebox with you. Drinks can be consumed during gameplay. 

When should I arrive for my Immersive Gamebox experience?

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your start time. 

Are Immersive Gamebox venues cashless?

Yes, all Immersive Gamebox venues are cashless and only accept card payments for on-site purchases.
