More Info
Is the Leonardslee Light Trail accessible?

The trail is based outdoors, with accessible gravel paths that are suitable for most all-terrain mobility scooters.

There are one or two areas that are steeper than others, namely the inward and outward bound pathways that lead to and from the valley area of the grounds. These areas are not suitable for wheelchairs, and we would advise utilising the Shuttle Buggy service for emergencies.

Mobility scooters and wheelchairs are not available for hire during this event.

When should I arrive to the Leonardslee Light Trail?

Please allow 15 minutes to park and walk to the main ticket entrance prior to your pre-booked trail time.

If you do arrive early, the garden shop and plant centre will be open and hot drinks available.

How long is the Leonardslee Light Trail?

The trail takes 60-90 minutes to complete.

What should I wear to the Leonardslee Light Trail?

Please come wearing outdoor clothing and footwear that are appropriate to the weather conditions at the time.

Will the Leonardslee Light Trail continue in bad weather?

Leonardslee Lights is a winter trail along made up grit pathways in a mature landscaped valley with lakes and gardens. The trail is weatherproof in normal winter conditions - if it is raining, windy, cold or frosty on the day of your visit, the trail will go ahead as planned.
