Our Full Day corporate events are one of our more popular corporate entertaining sessions, providing a full morning and afternoon of adrenaline-filled karting action backed up with refreshments.

Although a typical itinerary (shown below) would include karting in the morning and afternoon, the day can be tailored to meet your requirements with the ability to include conferencing or other team-building events.

09:30 – Arrival with tea, coffee and bacon sandwiches
09:45 – Driver registration, race wear issued
10:00 – Team Event race briefing
10:30 – Team Event timed practice session
10:45 – Team Event, endurance race
12:30 – Break for lunch (catering options)
13:30 – Individual Event practice session
14:00 – Individual Event qualifying heats
15:30 – Individual Event finals
16:00 – Podium Presentation with bubbly to toast the winners
16:30 – Departure

Important information

• Minimum number of drivers is 10
• Balaclavas - As is industry-standard, all drivers must wear a balaclava when wearing a Midland Karting helmet. The cost of your session does not include the cost of a balaclava. You may bring your own balaclava, or purchase one during booking or upon arrival.
• All safety equipment is provided free of charge – this includes a race suit, helmet and gloves.
  You are advised to wear clothing appropriate to the weather conditions, along with sturdy closed-toe footwear. We do not permit high-heels or sandals/flip flops.
