The MK Sprint 50 is one of Midland Karting’s “oldest” event formats.

Qualifying, 50-lap race heats followed by a 20-lap final showdown.

Perfect for larger group sizes of 12-or-more drivers, each driver will get the opportunity to set their fastest lap time during a 5-minute practice-and-qualifying session in small groups of 4-8 drivers (depending on group size).

Once the times are sorted, drivers will be split into smaller groups for a series of 50-lap lights-to-flag race heats against similar drivers for the ultimate competitive race.

The winners of each heat will then head into a final 20-lap final showdown to determine the overall winner.

The MK Sprint 50 is one of our more popular events for large groups of friends, stag-and-hen events and corporate karting sessions – either as part of formal team-building exercises or as part of an informal bonding session for work colleagues.

• All safety equipment is provided free of charge – this includes race suit, helmet and gloves.
• You are advised to wear clothing appropriate to the weather conditions, along with sturdy closed-toe footwear. We do not permit high-heels or sandals/flip flops.
• Balaclavas - As is industry-standard, all drivers must wear a balaclava when wearing a Midland Karting helmet. The cost of your session does not include the cost of a balaclava. You may bring your own balaclava, or purchase one during booking or upon arrival for £3
