You'll spend two hours rock hopping, cliff diving and wild swimming with knowledgeable guides on hand to help you get the most from your experience.

You'll kick off your session with a warm welcome from your guides before you hop into your wetsuit and head down to the coast. This is really a chance to get to see the Newquay coast like you've never seen it before as you challenge yourself with daring deep water jumps, easy rock climbing and wild swimming.
