Sail, relax and take in the changing rhythms of the harbour

A trip on Oyster Boat Terror offers a truly special way to explore Emsworth Harbour. Over approximately two and a half hours, you’ll glide through quiet channels and open stretches of water, passing through beautiful inlets that wind towards Langstone and the wider Solent.

The experience blends the gentle movement of traditional sailing with ever-changing scenery – from the activity of other boats to the calm stillness of wildlife habitats. Keep watch for seabirds overhead and, if you’re lucky, harbour seals along the shoreline.

Your skipper may even invite you to take the helm, giving you a hands-on taste of sailing this historic vessel yourself.

Please wear warm and waterproof clothing, as it can feel significantly cooler on the water, even during summer months.
