By Car:

  • From M25, take Junction 6 onto A22 southbound, then follow signs A25 to Oxted, then into Church Lane.

Parking options nearby:

  • Ellice Road car park (RH8 0PY): free up to 2 hours weekdays; £3.30–£7.20 for longer stays; automatic ANPR system
  • Gresham Road car park (RH8 0BQ): 2 hour max, no return within 1 hour; free on weekdays 
  • Council Offices car park (Gresham Road entrance): free after 6 pm, weekends, and bank holidays 
  • Mill Lane (Hurst Green): free up to 3 hours; return restrictions apply

By Train:

Nearest is Oxted railway station, served by Southern and Thameslink on the East Grinstead (Mildmay) line Master Park Oxted

  • From Oxted Station, it’s about an 5 minute walk to Master Park

By Bus

Local bus routes that stop within walking distance include: 410, 410A, 594, 595, 612, 236, 609, 611, etc. 

  • Nearest bus stop: Bluehouse Lane (≈6 min walk), or bus station near Oxted railway station (≈5 min walk)

On Foot (from central Oxted)

If you're coming from Oxted town centre, it's around a 10–15 minute walk to Church Lane along pedestrian-friendly streets.

  • Landmark: cross Bluehouse Lane, head toward the Royal British Legion building (opposite park entrance)
