Important information: Please have your QR code tickets at hand when you call at the kiosk as this will speed up the check-in process, you will find the link to your tickets at the top of your confirmation or reminder emails, and by following the link in any text messages we send. You can either print the tickets off, or show them on your phone (a screenshot is fine, and may be quicker given the unreliable mobile phone signal in Beaumaris).

How to find us

All trips depart from Beaumaris Pier and you will need to collect your boarding cards at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Failure to be at the right place in time will result in you missing the boat and your seats being resold.

  • Free rod hire

This is possible, all sailings are weather permitting!

Dogs are welcome on wildlife cruises and travel for free! But only assistance dogs are allowed on fishing trips. Very large dogs may also be turned down for boarding as the pathways on the boat may be to small for them to navigate comfortably.

Coastguard regulations mean that some passengers with reduced mobility may be unable to travel on some vessels. If you have a disability, please contact Starida directly in advance so that the correct adjustments can be made in order to accommodate you.

There are no toilets on board the vessels of the Island Princess and the Starida II.
