  • Please note: Please try and book in the London Eye as soon as possible. This is one of London's biggest tourist attractions and remain busy all year round, so last minute slots cannot be guaranteed.

About your ride on The London Eye and River Cruise:

  • River Cruise: Departs 45 minutes past every hour. Please arrive 15 minutes early. Please select the date and time you want to visit the River Cruise. Ensure this is accurate, as you cannot change it later.
  • London Eye: You'll have 90 days to visit the London Eye after your River Cruise visit. You also have the option to do both in one day. After booking your River Cruise slot, please book the date and time of your London Eye experience - you'll receive an email confirmation after booking. 
  • Booking Portal: Use the booking portal to select your timeslots. 
  • Age Restrictions: Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult (18+)
  • Ticket Requirements: All children under two must have a valid ticket
