How to find us
By train:
The nearest national rail station to the Theatre Royal Haymarket is London Charing Cross.
- Getting to Theatre Royal Haymarket from Charing Cross: Exit the station and turn left down the Strand. Cross over the roundabout to Trafalgar Square and cut across the square to Pall Mall. Turn right up Haymarket; the Theatre Royal will be a short distance up the road and on the right hand side, opposite His Majesty’s Theatre.
By tube:
The nearest tube station to The Theatre Royal Haymarket is Piccadilly Circus (Bakerloo and Piccadilly lines), with both Charing Cross (Bakerloo and Northern lines) and Leicester Square(Piccadilly Circus and Northern lines) also nearby.
- Piccadilly Circus (3 minutes): Exit Piccadilly Circus station on the right hand side (by the statue and Criterion Theatre.) Take the first left down Haymarket. The theatre will be on your left hand side opposite Her Majesty’s Theatre.
- Leicester Square (6 minutes): Take the Charing Cross Road exit and head south toward Charing Cross. As the road forks by the Garrick Theatre, keep right and head straight down toward the National Portrait Gallery. Just before you reach the gallery, turn right down Orange Street and keep walking until you meet Haymarket and the end of the road. Turn left onto Haymarket. The Theatre Royal will be on your right hand side.

By car:
The Theatre Royal Haymarket is situated within the London Congestion Charging Zone which applies weekdays (not including bank holidays) from 7am until 6pm and costs £11.50 per day. If you are driving to the theatre after 6pm then you will not be charged.
By bus:
The best way to guarantee a cab is to visit the designated cab rank at London Charing Cross rail station. Alternatively black cabs can be hailed from outside the theatre on Haymarket.

Snacks and drinks in plastic containers are allowed in the auditorium, however hot food is prohibited. Drinks purchased from the bar must be transferred into plastic if they are being taken inside the auditorium.

With extra security measures being brought in across London and the UK, the theatre is unable to store any left luggage – this includes all suitcases and 'carry-on' style cases.
Small rucksacks, handbags and briefcases will be allowed into the theatre where you may be asked to open them for inspection.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the show. The theatre will open 45 minutes prior to the performance for safety and comfort and 30 minutes before the shows for the children’s events.
