How does my ticket work?

Once you have purchased your ticket for the Upside Down House, you can visit any time in either during your time slot, depending on the time of the ticket you purchased. The time slots are as follows:</p

Monday - Sunday:

  • Morning Time Slot: 10am – 11:30am
  • Early Afternoon Time Slot: 12pm – 1:30pm
  • Mid Afternoon Time Slot: 2pm - 3:30pm
  • Late Afternoon Time Slot: 4pm – 5:30pm
  • Evening Time Slot: 6:00pm – 8pm

Sunday:

  • Morning Ticket: 12pm - 3pm
  • Afternoon Ticket: 3pm - 6pm

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Saturday: 10am - 8pm
  • Sunday: 12pm - 6pm
  • Closed on Easter Sunday

How to find us

Upside Down House Westfield is located at Westfield London (White City) Shopping Centre, opposite Puttshack and All Star Lanes. If you are travelling by train the nearest tube station is Wood Lane, whilst Shepherds Bush Station is only a 5 minute walk.

For all other modes of transport, Westfield Shopping Centre has sufficient parking on site with Car Park B being the shortest distance from the house.

The Upside Down House in Westfield White City is on a slant and therefore you may feel motion sickness. 

Tickets can only be used once for a duration of 20 minutes and you cannot re-enter.

The Upside Down House is suitable for all ages and under 3's can enter for free!

The ground floor is part-accessible for wheelchairs, guests can access it via a temporary ramp, leading into the inverted experience with plenty of photo opportunities. The attraction itself has 2 floors, separated by a spiral staircase, with no lift or ramp alternative to the second floor.
