This is a great sessions for families and less confident swimmers. Suitable for aged 8 years and over.

Coasteering is the perfect way to explore and enjoy the Scottish coastline. Come on down as you follow different parts of the shore both in and out of the sea, you'll jump from cliffs into sea below, you'll climb rocks to get into hidden coves, explore the depths of sea caves, traverse ledges and occasionally even come face to face with a seal!

The guides are all trained and experienced and armed with their knowledge of the area, the tides and the best things to look for. Younger age groups can also be accommodated, with 'extreme rockpooling' which involves some coasteering and finding out what the tide has left behind. Something of a wildlife adventure trail in the sea!
