Meet and trek with our lovely alpacas

Please note that there is a maximum of 2 people per alpaca. There is a surcharge of £7.50 for the person sharing the alpaca.
All children U18 to be accompanied by a paying adult. Ages 7 - 12 must share an alpaca with an adult.
There may be other guests on the activity - private/bespoke visits can be arranged.

Alpaca Stroll - One Hour Visit

For those looking for a gentle walk then our Alpaca Stroll is perfect for you.

In this one hour visit you will meet and feed your alpaca, get a safety brief/demo before heading out on our walk.

The walk goes up a gentle hill looking out over our wee farm, usually lasting around 30 minutes.

You’ll be given some treats to feed your alpaca with lots of opportunity for photos along the way and after we return.

You will be given time before and after the walk to watch the alpacas and feed treats (which we will supply) to your chosen walking partner!

The Stroll is perfect for those looking for a gentle walk with an alpaca.

Duration: One hour

Important info

• On arrival, please remain in your car to be met by a member of the Beirhope team in readiness for your activity.
• Treks and strolls are not suitable during pregnancy.
• We cannot delay the start of a trek, and we cannot return to the start to pick up late arrivals. If you miss the start of the trek you will not be subject to a refund or to reschedule. Please check your directions before setting off to avoid missing your trek.
