What else is on?

Family is everything. Even when it falls apart.

The timeless themes of race, duty, loyalty and family are at the forefront of Blue, an emotional family drama exploring the tension between the Father (Michael Sumuel) and the Son (Zwakele Tshabalala). A police officer and his activist son are at odds, putting the family's fate in jeopardy.

Combining the Tony Award-winning score of Jeanine Tesori with the direction of rising star Tinuke Craig, this UK premiere promises an intimate and powerful performance. Nadine Benjamin stars as the Mother and Matthew Kofi Waldren, a former ENO Mackerras Fellow, conducts.

Don't miss this moving production at ENO. The performance is in English and subtitles are projected above the stage to make Blue accessible to all.
