The course is made up of four sessions, covering all the basic techniques of mountain biking to get you started.
The sessions will cover body positioning, braking/cornering techniques and provide tips and tricks to help your riding flow.
Friendly female-only groups and female instructors provide a relaxed atmosphere to practice new skills and build confidence.
Sessions can be booked individually.
Be prepared!
To get the most out of your day you need to be prepared for everything the trail or weather may have in store for you!
A suitable working mountain bike in good condition (please contact Ride in Peace if you would like to hire a bike for the session), helmet, gloves, waterproof jacket, suitable outdoor clothing, and shoes (trainers are fine). Be sure to bring a snack and drink to keep you energised.
Your coach will have some essential equipment and spares.

This camp runs on Tuesdays for a duration of 2-3 hours.
